1. No Refunds Policy

All ticket sales for COTDF are final. Once a ticket has been purchased, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including inability to attend or personal scheduling conflicts. We encourage you to review event details before completing your purchase.

2. Event Rescheduling

In the event of a date change, tickets will automatically be transferred to the new event date. Your ticket will remain valid, and no additional fees will be required for the transfer.

2.1 Ticket Transfers

• Automatic Transfer: If COTDF is rescheduled, all existing tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date.

• Optional Ticket Transfers: If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Contact our customer support team by selecting Contact Us and selecting “Ticket Assistance” to arrange for a ticket transfer.

 

3. Event Cancellation

If COTDF is canceled entirely and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified of alternative options, which may include:

• Ticket Conversion: An option to convert your ticket into a credit for future events.

• Other Offers: At our discretion, additional options may be offered. Please refer to official communications regarding the event for further details.
